Let’s relax and enjoy a bubble bath
• Light candles – use natural scents, lavender, rosemary, jasmine, vanilla
• Burn incense to de-stress and evoke a sense of tranquillity
• Play relaxing music
• Pour a glass of your favourite, red, white or bubbly
• Non-alcohol peppermint, chamomile, lavender, rose tea or hot chocolate
• Run a warm bubble bath
• Relax, de-stress and enjoy
• NB: Don’t place candle or incense near anything flammable and remember to extinguish after use
